Sample output
Concept 1: The Slow Service
Format: Built World · For: Menu launch night

The world: "A single long table down the centre of the dining room, candles only, phones in a wooden box at the door. Service deliberately slow: each course arrives twelve minutes apart. The chef walks the room once per course, says one sentence about the dish, returns to the kitchen. The bill comes on a handwritten note."

The shareable moment: Guests take their phones out for the bill. The handwritten note is the photo. It's the only photo from the night, which is exactly why it spreads.

Partnership idea: A local candlemaker. Their candles on the table, their name on the note.

One of three concepts. The full output adds emotional journey mapping, AI visual prompts, and an influencer strategy for each concept.

"The concepts read like someone had actually been in the room. We picked one, costed it in a day, and ran it the following month. The other two are in the file for next season."

Common Qs.

Do you actually produce the event?

No. Savvier delivers the strategic and creative direction: format, sensory plan, guest journey, shareable moments, partnership concepts, AI visuals. Your team or your production partner builds it. The brief they get is sharper than what a typical agency scope produces.

Will the concepts feel cookie-cutter?

Each concept is built around a specific format (Built World, Public Spectacle, Cultural Insertion, etc.) which forces structurally different starting points. Combined with your venue's brand foundation, the output is three concepts that don't resemble each other and don't resemble what your competitors are running.

What about cost?

The workflow surfaces concepts at three rough ambition levels by default so you can choose what fits your budget. Cost specifics happen with your production partner. Savvier gives you the idea worth costing.

How is this different from hiring an experiential agency?

An agency gives you one direction after three weeks and bills for the discovery. Savvier gives you three directions in minutes, each developed enough to discuss internally. If you find one you love, you can still hire an agency to produce it. The choice happens earlier and on your terms.

Build the night they'll tell their friend about.
